If you can, the TrollStore way is better because it’s a permanently signed installation method that doesn’t need apps to be re-signed all the time like regular sideloading does. Unfortunately, TrollStore only works with older versions of iOS and iPadOS. Sideloading, on the other hand, can be done with any iOS or iPadOS version.
